Warranty Program

Once the customer receives the goods, they should immediately inspect them for any damage. Should any issues be identified, the customer is advised to take photographic and video evidence for record-keeping purposes. In the event that damage is confirmed, we will promptly verify the condition of the items and process a refund along with return arrangements.

Product transportation process

Upon completion of the product, we will capture photographs and videos for customer verification. Once the customer has confirmed that everything is in order, we will proceed with shipping arrangements and provide the international tracking number. Please be advised that the logistics delivery process consists of two segments: (1) Front-end Logistics: Our specialized air delivery service, where updates on freight progress will not be reflected in the international tracking number; (2) End Logistics: Local courier companies will handle door-to-door delivery, and updates on freight progress will be visible through the international tracking number.
